Well, here is another entry into the field of icons for your hard drive. For some reason, there has been little to appear in the way of really cool PowerBook icons, so the PowerBook icons were the first to be produced and can be found as a seperate collection. I started with the 500 series as this is what I own. I then became motivated enough to hack out a 6100 icon since that was my desktop machine.
The users of the original 500 series icon encouraged me to embelish the icon series for other PowerBook models, which I did. From there, I expanded the series to include just about any color capable Mac ever made, including the clones from PowerComputing and Radius.
If you like the icons and/or intend to use them on your machine, all I ask is that you e-mail with any comments you might have. This will constitute registry of the icons and rights to use them freely on any machines that you might own.
So it's not quite freeware, more of PLEASE E-MAIL ME WARE.
